Excellent Stay We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Located on a quiet street, our room was clean, modern, and peaceful, with all the facilities as described. The only minor discrepancy was the absence of fresh fruits upon arrival, but we didn’t mind since breakfast offered a great variety of fruits every day. When we requested slippers, the staff promptly provided them. The service was outstanding—the reception team was exceptionally friendly and always ready to assist. Upon check-in, we were asked for an €80 deposit, which was smoothly refunded at departure.

The location was excellent, and the breakfast was very good, quiet location. All the staff in reception were excellent and attentive, and they facilitated our requests for my wife's birthday. The bed was very comfortable, and having a separate toilet and bathroom was fantastic.

Hotel is located very close to tram station and metro station. It is located in great and nostalgic neighborhood, so you can just take 30min walk to the city centre. The room was very clean, the stuff was very helpful and polite. Breakfast was included and it is pretty good.

I booked a twin room as a double room was not available but the Hotel changed it for free. Great advice from the receptionist, very helpfull on where to go and option to visit the city. Bed very confortable, not too soft, very good smooth AC easy to adjust. Super clean. Bar fully furnished in the room in case of need. Overall, recommended. Hotel a bit outside the old town, allowed us to be in less touristic place - with restaurant, bar for locals...

I was so happy to see a jet in their toilet! Their corridors were so beautiful with a lovely carpet which didn't cover the whole floor, but was spread in the centre. The rooms were esthetically done, the curtains, the wall paper behind the bed etc. It means a lot to those who have an eye for it. One of the staff, Nadim ( if I remember correct) was always smiling and very eager to help. David also provided his assistance as much possible. The location of the hotel was good. One just had to walk a bit to reach the main area of activity.

Friendly staff, good breakfast options, room fittings/decorations of high standard. Wifi worked well, good speed and signal. Bed was very comfortable (firm but perfect for me).

Standard of the hotel is good. We had a triple room - beds were comfortable, bathroom was clean and equipped with everything. Breakfast is excellent with lots of items to choose from. Location of the hotel is about 5 minutes away from the metro / bus stop and 7 minutes away from Wenceslas Square.

I had a fantastic stay at Hotel Ametyst in Prague. The location is ideal—quiet but close to the city center. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, offering great tips and service. My room was spotless, comfortable, and nicely decorated. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of options. Overall, I highly recommend Hotel Ametyst for its excellent service, cozy rooms, and convenient location. Looking forward to staying again!

The room was clean and had all needed, stuff was helpful, I had issue with the room that supposed to be on the top floor that doesn't have elevator and ladies on reception changed it to anothe room as our family member could not use stairs. Breakfast was awesome! Beds were great.
